1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Davida, a mobile application operated by Traviata Enterprises ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using Davida, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
Davida is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using Davida you represent that you are at least 18.
3. Your Google Account and Calendar
Davida connects to your Google Account with your explicit consent. With your permission, Davida:
- Reads and writes events on your Google Calendar in order to create, reschedule, and complete your tasks, and to detect scheduling conflicts.
- Reads the list of calendars you are subscribed to, so you can choose which calendars appear in your schedule.
Davida does not create, modify, share, or delete your calendars themselves. You may revoke Davida's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Your task data lives in your own Google Calendar.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Davida, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Davida offers optional premium subscriptions, purchased through the Google Play Store. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Google Play's terms. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in the Google Play Store.
6. SMS Terms of Service
Davida (Traviata Enterprises) offers SMS reminders, task notifications, and accountability check-ins to users who opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For help, contact info@traviataenterprises.com.
7. Disclaimer
Davida is a productivity tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Davida is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traviata Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Davida, including missed appointments, missed deadlines, or lost data.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Davida at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using Davida at any time and revoke its access to your Google Account.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Davida after changes constitutes acceptance.
